Returns

ElectricianSupplies.com.au is committed to customer satisfaction. We provide a returns service free of change for any item that leaves our store faulty or miss packed. All other returns (ie. change of mind) incur a 25% restocking fee and will be posted back at customer expense.

Stock Availability

Occasionally, it is possible that some Goods on the website may be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your Order. If this occurs, ElectricianSupplies.com.au will use the contact details you have provided us with in your online account with us to contact you within two business days to notify you and offer you a full or partial refund if you do not wish to wait for the product or be supplied a substitute product. We will use all reasonable means to process the refund within two business days. Your financial institution may take another few days to finalize this process. ElectricianSupplies.com.au is not liable with respect to any loss you or any third party might suffer as a result of any delay in processing your refund.
